Continuing our commitment to delivering technology solutions that meet the needs of our library customers Baker & Taylor is pleased to announce that our MARC Catalog Records will be available on October 8, 2003 through our Online Customer Support (OCS) system. OCS is the most recent addition to our family of innovative solutions developed to assist our customers in receiving timely information regarding account information, orders and invoices.
In order to facilitate a smooth transition we encourage current MARC Catalog customers to visit this website, BTOL, on or shortly after October 8, 2003, select MARC Download from the links drop down menu and follow the instructions on the MARC Download home page to associate your current MARC account with our OCS system. Or if you are already a registered user of OCS, simply visit the BTOL website, select Online Customer Support from the links drop down menu, then Reports/Downloads from the OCS navigation bar and follow the instructions.
